All band blades are manufactured on Europe's most modern plant - a fully automated production line - and are subject to strict, computer-controlled quality control at every stage of production.
Particular attention is paid to the quality of the serration and the welding technology, which increases the life of the band blades and ensures cutting quality and consistent cutting thickness across the entire cut surface of bread products.

A special "blade toothing system" is used in the production of machine blades, whereby the individual toothing profile of cutting teeth is adapted to the respective requirements of our customers.
