Lehrmann GmbH manufactures and supplies band blades for industrial bread slicing machines and high-output slicing lines from AMF, Dovaina, Gasparin, Hartmann-Selectra, Hoba, Hranpak, IPEKA, Jongerius, PS-Mako, Rego Herlitzius, UBE and other manufacturers.
Blade length, width, thickness, tooth pitch and cutting-edge geometry are matched to the machine type, bread product and required slice quality. In addition to standard sizes, we supply custom band blades based on samples, drawings or technical specifications.
Selected steel grades, precise welding and carefully defined tooth geometries provide clean cuts, consistent slice thickness and reliable service life in continuous production.
Defined quality checks cover dimensions, weld integrity and serration quality throughout production. This supports dependable operation in industrial bakeries and bread plants.
